Aquatas operates under a social enterprise model, geared towards creating a sustainable impact within our target markets. While our target users consist of low income individuals residing in areas with demonstrated water scarcity, our target customers are NGOs, large humanitarian organizations, and government entities that have existing connections and infrastructure within regions where our target users are located. We will be fulfilling the back-end supply chain for larger organizations by developing, manufacturing, and distributing our devices to these groups. Implementing a sales and distribution channel independently would be very time and cost intensive. This business to business model will result in our target customer being well established organizations. This will help provide our device with the most exposure to our target users while reducing costs associated with marketing and customer discovery. As such, our revenue streams will primarily consist of high quantity bulk orders to NGOs and government institutions as well as subscription plans for annual maintenance.
